Tricia has been practicing commercial real estate and general business transactional law for over 30 years across a variety of business sectors.  She has particular expertise in the hospitality area having represented owners, developers and investors in connection with limited, full service, luxury and golf hotels and resorts throughout her practice.  Tricia also has extensive experience in multi-family, student housing, office, and health clubs.  Among the standard real estate purchase and sale, borrower-side financing, development agreements, property management agreements, hotel management agreements and everything in between in connection with property ownership, development and operation, Tricia also has significant expertise in structuring and documenting real estate joint ventures from both the sponsor and the investor standpoint.
